Nash Andrew Flammang is a student documentarian and humanitarian. In just 18 years, he’s walked with both his mother and sister through their battles with cancer, each fight leaving a mark on his childhood. Born in New York City, he grew up in a ground-floor Manhattan apartment, where every morning meant stepping through stories of survival. His advocacy began early, from selling lemon-aid to benefit the homeless on the Capitol steps to championing his charter school’s autonomy, earning him the National Congressional Bronze Medal and two consecutive Mother Teresa Awards.

Specializing in cinematic journalism, Nash explores themes like human rights, human connection, and the courage of everyday people. After relocating to Texas Hill Country in his teens, he immersed himself in ranch and farm life, discovering a new passion for sharing the narratives of generational Texans and the wildlife that surrounds them. His projects blend art and purpose, with the goal of inspiring others to take action for the world we all share. His dedication to fitness, influenced by his family's health issues, fuels his stories with strength, mental clarity, and passion.
